About the Department

The Surgery Department is intended to provide scheduled and emergency specialized diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with surgical, traumatological, gynecological, and urological pathologies, as well as to provide chemotherapy treatment for patients with oncological pathologies.

Traumatology and Orthopedics

The department diagnoses and treats injuries, as well as diseases and consequences of damage to the musculoskeletal system.

Main areas of activity:

• Fracture treatment – various types of osteosynthesis (extramedullary plating, intramedullary nailing) for proper bone alignment.

• Repair of joint and soft tissue injuries – treatment of dislocations and ruptures of ligaments, tendons, and muscles.

• Arthroscopic surgery – minimally invasive procedures on joints.

• Elective orthopedics and traumatology – correction of the consequences of injuries and chronic diseases of bones and joints.
